I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my parcel?
Many of our packages are letterbox-sized, allowing them to be delivered through your door even when you’re not at home.
If delivery isn’t possible, a card will be left informing you whether your parcel is scheduled for redelivery, being held at the local post office, or has been left with a neighbor.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
